1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Surge Tech Ventures Limited ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the services.

2. Services Provided
Surge Tech Ventures Limited offers Meta and Google marketing services designed to help clients scale their campaigns. The company also provides consulting services regarding Meta and Google marketing, with the goal of growing the clients' business.

3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing is tailored per customer, and will be shared after the intial strategy calls.
Payment is due as per the invoice provided by the Company. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to use pay the invoice in due time, and agrees to communicate important information in time.
The Client must adhere to all platform policies (Meta and TikTok) and local regulations governing online advertising.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful advertising content.

5. Support Services
The Company offers round-the-clock support.
Support requests can be made via email at admin@surgetechventures.com. The Company will respond to support requests promptly to ensure smooth operation.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Client must settle any outstanding payments before termination.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any terms, including but not limited to the use of non-white hat content or violation of platform policies.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the Client’s use of the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes to the terms, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
