The company creates a monthly invoice based on the needs to to customer. All details are thoroughly being spoken about in the initial calls.
Payments can be made in EUR, USD, AUD, or NZD.
Payment is required as per the terms of the invoice issued by the Company. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
Ensure that all advertising content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.
Tell the company any important information or announcement in due time

6. Prohibited Activities
The Client is prohibited from:
Using the strategies and consultation calls for any illegal activities or to promote content that violates platform policies.
Engaging in any activities that could harm the Company’s reputation or interfere with the services provided.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with prior written notice. The Client is responsible for settling any outstanding payments before termination.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any of these Terms, including the use of non-white hat content or violations of platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data.
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, including violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
